Locum Tenens Academy ("LTA," "we," "us," or "our") is an educational platform operated by PRIME Health Professional. LTA provides educational books, digital content, online programs, coaching services, and professional development resources for physicians and healthcare professionals. • All program curricula, course materials, and coaching frameworks

You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, sell, or create derivative works from any LTA content without prior written permission.

4. Purchases and Digital Products

All purchases are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you also agree to Stripe's terms of service. LTA does not store your payment card information.

Digital products (ebooks, downloadable materials): Sales are final. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds are not available once a file has been accessed or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

Programs and coaching: Refund terms, if any, will be specified at the time of purchase for each program. Contact info@locumtenensacademy.com for questions.

5. User Conduct

By using this site, you agree not to:

• Use any content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Misrepresent your identity or credentials when contacting LTA
• Attempt to access restricted areas of the site
